After months of buildings being vacant or below occupancy, it’s essential for facilities and estate managers to be on top of compliance in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all building occupants.
We are offering a free Compliance Health Check for you to discuss and understand where your compliance activities are against four key building compliance disciplines.
Through our simple key compliance questions, we will give you an overview of your current compliance.
From the information gathered during our Health Check call, we will create a simple improvement plan which will assist you in understanding the actions required to support your buildings.
THE PROCESS
The discussion-based assessment on your current key compliance position will allow us to understand your compliance situation and create an improvement plan.
- Book your 60-minute Zoom call with a member of the IEM senior technical team using the link on this page
- Once you have selected a time that works for you, you’ll receive an email invitation to the call
- The call will cover 4 key areas of compliance:
- Fire
- Electrics
- Water Treatment
- HVAC
- Followed by some time at the end for IEM to answer any specific questions you may have, tailored to your building needs
- Upon completion of the call, you will be issued with an IEM personalised certificate and improvement plan.
THE IEM Compliance Health Check Certificate
Upon completion of the 60-minute free call, you will receive the IEM key compliance certificate and improvement plan.
The improvement plan will identify actions to support your current building compliance position and recommend which actions to prioritise.
